While we put the finishing touches on our full fall class schedule, we want to spread the word that Carolyn Kern, rising design star and NEPA native, will teach her popular introductory stranded knitting class in October and lead a “guided knit along” for her just-published Tartan Mitts in November.
Introduction to Stranded Knitting
Saturday, October 12, 1-3 pm
Learn the two handed method of stranded Fair Isle knitting while making Carolyn’s original design, the Boreal Headband. No previous stranded knitting experience needed, but you may want to practice holding your yarn in your other hand.
